Chinese officials have visited Lincoln to further boost relationships between Lincolnshire and the Hunan province.
The visit on Thursday, March 24 saw Zhenhong Cai, Vice Governor of Hunan Provincial People’s Government and Councillor Colin Davie from Lincolnshire County Council sign a Memorandum of Understanding to show Hunan’s commitment to collaboration with Lincolnshire.
