Cultural Partner form Feb 2012
What the Cultural Ambassadors like best about the Network:
‘Undoubtedly the Directory of Cultural Partners, which I have used a lot for recommending artists, visits etc. to colleagues’
‘It provides opportunities and information quickly’ …
‘A great service… It should be valued greatly by schools’
‘The e-bulletins, the Directory, the Artsmark support. Thank you.’
‘The e-bulletin is very useful – we have benefitted from training, contacts, opportunities and free workshops.
‘The e-bulletin gives me the confidence to engage with an otherwise daunting amount of information’
‘It’s an umbrella! It’s a one stop shop for regular information. I remember what it was like before!’
‘Being part of the extended Network across two [now three] councils, which allows us to share expertise and resources.’
If you would like to engage with the Cultural Ambassadors who made these comments, and send them information about your offers, please complete the application form and return it to join the Network.
Hexham Abbey is a truly inspiring destination. We offer a variety of education visits from short ‘drop-in and look around’, to whole themed activity days. We are keen to work in partnership with schools to develop the Abbey as a source of creative inspiration and have worked with schools in the past on projects that included ‘living history’, art, drama and music.
Thanks for the information Toni. After you have registered Hexham Abbey as a Cultural Partner we can send your offers out via the e-bulletins and paper mail outs! Please email Hannahmackay@gateshead.gov.uk if you need more information.
