Conference report from Pat Riddell, Roving Ambassador

The intrepid Pat Riddell, our Roving Ambassador, will be holding a stall at Tynemouth Book Fair on Sunday 15th of April (10am - 4pm) in aid of Education Action International.

Pat spoke at EAI's London conference last month, where she was introduced as "a Cultural Ambassador for Gateshead schools."

Using her first hand knowledge gained from the Insight visit to the Palestinian Refugee Camps in Lebanon, she has worked in schools across Tyneside to give children of all ages a realistic experience of what it is like for children who live in poverty and are denied a quality education.
